Fix-It-Up

The Lincolnville Community Redevelopment Area (LCRA) Fix-It-Up Residential Repair Grant Program provides income-qualified, owner-occupied Lincolnville households with essential home repairs. The goal of this program is to keep Lincolnville residents in their homes, and provide assistance to those who may not have the resources to complete essential health and safety repairs. The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) reviews applications for eligibility and administers the program while St. Johns Housing Partnership (SJHP) has been contracted by the CRA to provide the construction services for each home repair project.

LCRA Redevelopment Plan Amendment

The LCRA Redevelopment Plan Amendment combined two older programs. The same goal, to help keep Lincolnville residents in their homes, remains. Homeowners who were previously approved under the old program may reapply to the Fix-It-Up program if there are funds remaining in the $100,000 cap for their home.

St. Johns Housing Partnership (SJHP)

SJHP is under contract to provide construction services. SJHP is comprised of highly trained, well-qualified, dedicated individuals who are steadfastly committed to serving the housing needs of North Florida's most deserving citizens.

Applying for Fix-It-Up Program Grant
